What we collect: Your full name, mobile number, city and barangay of residence, primary and other skills, years of experience, availability, tools status, shirt size, photos of previous work you have completed, a selfie, and a photo of your valid government ID (plus NBI clearance and TESDA/certificate photos if you upload them).
Why: To evaluate your application, verify your identity, reach out to you about next steps, and (if verified) onboard you onto the platform.
Who sees it: The KuyaYos recruitment coordinator only. Job photos, ID and clearance photos are all stored in a restricted KuyaYos drive; the ID and clearance photos are used only for identity verification, and the job photos only to check your work experience. Your selfie is used to confirm you match your valid ID and, if you are onboarded, becomes the photo on your KuyaYos work ID. Your shirt size is used only to send you a uniform. Nothing is shared with customers until you're verified and matched to a specific job.
How long: 24 months from submission. Rejected applications are anonymised after 24 months.
Your rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@kuyayos.ph. KuyaYos is the data controller under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act).
